Personal information we collect
We collect only personal information that is necessary for the services and enquiries described on this website. This may include: - Identity information such as your full name, date of birth, nationality, and passport number where relevant to service delivery. - Contact details such as your email address, phone number, and WhatsApp number. - Travel and visa information such as destination, visa category, travel purpose, travel history, and intended dates. - Employment, education, and financial context that is relevant to document review. - Supporting documents that you choose to share with us for a paid review. - Messages and communications sent through email, WhatsApp, or the contact form. Please do not send passports, bank statements, or other highly sensitive identity documents through the public contact form.
How we use your information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide consultations, deliver visa readiness and documentation support, prepare service outputs, communicate with you about your case, issue invoices, improve service quality, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.
Lawful basis and sharing
Where applicable, we rely on lawful grounds such as contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent. We may use trusted third-party providers for communication, scheduling, cloud storage, and payment processing. These providers act on our behalf and must handle your information consistently with our instructions and applicable law. We do not share your information with embassies, visa application centres, or government authorities on your behalf unless you specifically instruct us to do so.
Security, retention, and cross-border processing
We apply reasonable security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including access controls, secure transport, confidentiality practices, and data minimisation. Enquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up and service improvement. Client service files may be retained longer where needed for legal, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes. Sensitive supporting documents should be deleted promptly after service completion unless a longer retention period is required by law or agreed in writing. Some of the systems we use may process data outside Kenya. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
